Store House Storage Unit Auction

By Clicking Agree to Terms you are entering into a legal and binding contract stating you will follow the terms of this Auction.

Winning Bidders will be invoiced by email at close of Auction. The following day Diamond G Auctioneers will phone all buyers and arrange for payment options, if winning bidders can not be reached by 5pm 12/11/2024 the credit card on file will be Charged. 

15% Buyers Premium will apply to the final winning bid.

NO TAX will be charged for this Auction.

The buyer will be invoiced after the Auction Closes the buyer may pay with Cash, Good Check or Credit Card (3% charge added to card payments)

Card Payments will be made on Diamond G Auctioneers website & a paid invoice will be emailed.

Cash or Check can be paid at time of Lock Removal & Cash deposit payment. Checks made to Diamond G Auctioneers a paid invoice will be emailed to buyers.

The buyer will be required to put up a refundable One hundred dollar CASH ($100.00) cleaning deposit to Storehouse rentals the deposit will be refunded when locker is cleaned out if any items are left in or outside the unit the deposit will forfeited. 

Storehouse Rentals will give buyers until December 14th 2024 5pm Est time to remove all items.

The buyer will need to contact Storehouse rental to arrange for pick up of locker and the cash deposit. Contact info will be provided in Invoice emailed by Diamond G Auctioneers.

Buyer is responsible for removing all items in locker and sweep clean the locker no trash or items can be left in locker or at Storehouse Rentals. ( No dumping on site )  

Once the locker is clean and inspected by storehouse rentals the deposit will be returned. If the locker is not cleaned the buyer will forfeit the cash deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees of any kind neither written or implied.

Diamond G Auctioneers is acting as a sellers agent only in this sale.  Buyer agrees to hold Diamond G Auctioneers harmless for any and all complications that may occur in this storage auction.

Buyer must provide their own labor and tools needed to remove items. No help will be provided in removing items.

Any items left in the unit after the removal date & time will be considered forfeited and will be sold or thrown away and buyers cash deposit will be forfeited.

Diamond G Auctioneers has the right to refuse any bid or bidder they believe Not in good standing with Diamond G Auctioneers or any other auction company or Storehouse Rentals.

By State Law any buyer finding private or legal documents in storge lockers must return the documents to Store House Rentals to be returned to the forfeited renter of the Unit.

If a Winning Bidder refuses to Pay or attempts a Charge back on a Credit Card their invoice will be turned over to a collection agency, also bidders First & Last NAME & hometown will be posted on Diamond G Auctioneers Bad Bidders and NON Payers list & Board. List is viewable at our Home office on the front wall along with any Auction we post online under the comments of the Auction or Message board, Names will also be Shared to any Auction or Business we see fit to share with.

Units must be cleaned out on or before Dec 14th 2024 at 5pm Est 

Storehouse Rentals mangers contact info will be on the winning invoice.

Buyer is responsible for contacting manager and setting up a appointment to remove lock and pay for locker and cash cleaning deposit 

Manager is available 9am to 5pm Weds 12/11/24 -- Thurs 12/12 -- Fri 12/13 -- Sat 12/14 to arrange for keys & payment
