Storehouse Rentals Storage Locker Auction

15% buyers premium will apply to the final winning bid.

9.75% sale tax will be assessed to the final bid and buyers premium unless a tax exempt form is presented.

The buyers credit card will be charged as soon as the lot has closed. The buyer will required to put up a refundable one hundred dollar cash cleaning deposit to Storehouse rentals.

Storehouse Rentals will give buyers until October 27 2022 at 5:00 pm est time to remove all items.

The buyer will need to contact Storehouse rental to arrange for pick up of locker and the cash deposit.

Buyer is responsible for removing all items in locker and sweep clean the locker no trash or items can be left in locker.( no dumping on site) 

Once the locker is clean and inspected by storehouse rentals the deposit will be returned.  If the locker is not cleaned the buyer will forfeit the cash deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees of any kind neither written or implied.

Diamond G Auctioneers is acting as a sellers agent only in this sale.  Buyer agrees to hold Diamond G Auctioneers harmless for any and all complications that may occur in this storage auction.

Buyer must provide their own labor and tools needed to remove the items. No help will be provided in removing items.

Any items left in the unit after the removal date will be considered forfeited and will be sold or thrown away and buyers cash deposit will be forfeited.

Once the auction has closed and you are the winning bidder it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact store house rentals to arrange for pick up and the cash deposit.

Clean out must be complete on or before October 27 2022  5:00 pm est
